today me and my fiancee were in the rancho cordova store. we waited two and a half hours to get to the front of the line to be helped in the firearm department for us my fiancee to try to do the paperwork for the background check and his firearm safty quiz, but as soon as we got to the counter to finally we be helped the person that was supposed to help us pushed use to the register and said you take the test down there. so my fiancee takes his test and then the lady at the register tell us that we will be helped as soon as ... read more

I was appalled by how I was treated by customer agent today and previous timed and I would like to file a complaint.she screamed at me on camera in front of customers when I asked to talk to the manager .her name is Nikki. I ordered a Christmas gift on December 13th. I spent hours on the phone and sent emails. My order was finally shipped on January 3rd. But then on January 16th I was told that they couldn't fulfill my order because they were out of stock.

I wish to confirm the complaints expressed by my fellow consumers though after seeing their remarks I think the best way forward is to boycott this company and all its stores. I ordered two pairs of Manzera gloves for a total of $38,49 on Dec.3, 2019. Recieved one pair of gloves and was informed on receipt that order was complete. I recently visited the Sportsmans Warehouse in Asheville, and it will be the last time. I live in Boone, NC and have been looking for a Browning 725 over under shotgun. I wanted to be able to pick one up, rather than order one. A close friend recommend I visit here, after he purchased a couple of guns there. I placed an on line order 6 days before Black Friday, to beat the rush. I received an OUT OF STOCK cancellation notice 11 DAYS after I ordered it. Now it is past Black Friday, past Cyber Monday and the other stores I had previously checked did not have any longer. I called corporate customer service to see if any options were available. They gave me no options and offered no help. I did find the item in one of THEIR stores, in a state that I didn't live in. Terrible customer service. Order $1000 gun, credit card charged but can’t get a tracking number even called customer service wait time over 50 minutes then told they can’t find a tracking number either. Has been 10 days no tracking number and no gun.
