If I could input negative stars I would. This is the most incompetent firearm dealer I have ever encountered. Do yourself and shop elsewhere including any place but this. As cute, sleek, and portable as the Flame Genie Black Pellet Fire Pit is, I had a terrible experience with it. It is completely impractical for long-burning campfires. The pellets are really difficult to light and to get to stay lit. One of the staff had recommended covering a paper towel in oil and using that as a starter instead of lighter fluid. We ended up having to coat a lot of the pellets in paper towels and oil to get a fire going, and it died quickly without any logs. The small size of the fire pit doesn't seem safe... read more
I experienced the exact same thing as Malcolm H. described below. Automated ordering service deleted my order because it was the exact same order I has place hours earlier. I was told over a phone conversation that it did not recognize it was another order. I received the first order and and after a few weeks of not receiving the second order I inquired. I ordered a M&P 40 Compact online as stores have little to select from at 12:34 on Dec 10, 2020. Order form accepted my payment, gave order number, all seemed good for days. Said expect to pick it up Dec 16th. Night of Dec 14th they deleted my order. I AM FURIOUS!!!! I got my order in right as the gun was available. The computer will show not available if they ran out. I ordered a Pistol online through Sportsman's Warehouse. I experienced some of the same issues, that I can understand some of you're went through, based from reading through alot of these negative comments. But I have to say that I feel Sportsman's Warehouse did a great job. Yes it took about 11 days for my order to ship, but that was due to Covid and our governor shutting down all the stores in my state for 2 weeks, which led to my local store not able to recieve a shipment and it getting pushed back till the next shipment ... read more
My husband is active duty army and went to purchase a rifle on Black Friday with his PCS orders here in Arizona and ID. The young man helping us was so disrespectful and threw his own when he didn’t understand how to help us purchase a gun. He went back to get the manager and he kept saying he couldn’t sell my husband a gun either. I ordered a chair for a family member for christmas and tried to have it shipped to them. This company took the money out of my account, and then sent me an email saying my order was cancelled. I had to call customer service twice, only for them to tell me that i could not have it sent to a different address than my own, and that they could not solve the problem. Bought a shotgun called to check day of "pickup" so didn't drive out of my way for no reason..first guy told me oh " we didn't get our truck" so pick up will now be Next Tuesday. I am truly surprised to see the negative reviews as my experience with S.W. was possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered something for overnight shipping. When I did not get it the next day, they explained that I had ordered after the cut-off time in their time zone, even though it was before in my time zone.
