Ordered a handgun from them on 6/19. I have emailed twice to check the status, buy have not been contacted as of yet. Also, when I look into the status of my order, it says order not found. At this point I am ready to look elsewhere to purchase my handgun. I would like some information before I decide to make a return on the product. I feel like that response time when someone is checking on an order should be less than 72 hours after purchase,not going on 10+ days.

Said my order was out of stock. I was put on waiting list. Received email that unit was BACK in stock. After purchase of unit & wait of 2 weeks was told again unit was out of stock and would be 6 to 8 weeks OR MORE wait time?!?!? Hornswogglers

placed order with company, said it would be 10 days for delivery to store. 3.5 weeks later they can not find it. No one ever called back when they said they would keep checking on it! Finally said just cancell and refund me. $2300.00 12 days later nothing! Now you can not even get through on the phone to them. emailed and still nothing! WIll never shop at Sportsmans again!

i had ordered a rifle online and was told that the rifle would arrive june 9 2020 , once that date came around i tried tracking my order number to only find out it couldn't be found, i tried calling and wrote an email but i never got a response i went in person talked to a representative and she told me to try calling but i had already called so i called my bank instead and found out the order was cancelled and i was never told. luckily i still have my money but wasted my time

My mother went into sportsman’s warehouse got talked into buying a pistol that’s been on the shelf for looks like years, the gun is scratches all over.And they told her that is the way it supposed to look. she tried to return it the next day never been fired and the manager would not give her a refund but Did offered her some ammo which wasn’t even the caliber to the gun. Talk about taking advantage of a female. I will no longer ever shop at sportsman’s warehouse shame on you.

I have tried to order twice from this company online, both times were utter failures. First I had to select California compliant to see what I could and could not buy in my state, then after spending hours going through the inventory through the options, through the regulation and restrictions for California. I ended up making a purchase of a gun that was " in stock at a "local store" in Fairfield, Ca. The first purchase was for a high-point 9mm. Missing items and they marked the order as complete and refuse to acknowledge my emails for help and can't get them on the phone so they just get to steak my money

This store is very disoriented and the employees ack like they couldn't find anything regarding my purchase online. I had to keep calling and calling i kept getting put on hold and hung up on because they knew it was me about my order because they hung up on me so many times. There communication is terible I had order some and they sent me a email saying my order was ready for pick up and i had drove all the way up there to get my item and they told me they couldnt find my order in the systems that it probably hasnt shipped ... read more

The worst customer service that I have experienced. They never shipped part of my order and it took over a month to refund. Complete waste of time. Use Cabella's, you pay a little more but they are the best. Wish that I could give a negative 5 stars...
