Let me tell you, I will think twice and three times about ever buying anything from here again. Especially not guns. I tried to buy one firearm from them online, only to have them cancel it about a month later saying it was out of stock. That was after I contacted the store and customer service asking about and they said they would look into it but never gave me an answer. The store never called back at all. I had to put one star because they'res not an option for 0. I was about to buy another rod and reel from sportsman's and wanted to check my loyalty points. It says I made 1 purchase only for $45. What happened to the Glock that was over $600 with taxes the Lew's mach crush reel several rods boxes of ammo lures among several other items that I've spent they're in less than 12 months being loyal. The .45 cents of loyalty credit was a low blow and I won't be loyal to these b******s any more.

I bought a tree stand from them and the next day they cancelled on me for no reason. They said my bank wasn't charged but it was and now I have to figure this out with the bank. This place is horrible. Do not buy from them. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Item was Nikon 16516 Black Fx. 07/28/2020. I purchased it new, but i received a quite used one: scope ring "tans" very apparent, scratches on underside of the bell, scratches on top, fingerprint smudges on lenses--they didn't even bother to wipe them--and it was missing lens covers. Ordered a pair of Crocs, on behalf of my 12 yr old nephew who was spending his birthday money. Also ordered a cheap Sportsmans Warehouse sweatshirt so that the order would qualify for free shipping. Received two separate confirmations that the order would be delivered on Aug. 13, 2020. At 4:11 am on Aug. 11th, I received a cancellation notification on the Crocs, siting they were out of stock. Bought my first ever handgun 9mm from Sportsman's Warehouse in Marana, AZ. The gentleman who sold me the gun stated he had ammo he could provide for the shooting range; Two boxes along with the 9mm handgun was purchased. Got home and saw that he gave me ammo for a 45 pistol. I called to exchange and of course was told they will not allow returns for ammo as someone may have messed with it. Ordered something June 24th because it said it was in store pickup for that day. Never received an alert to pick it up. July 6th I sent an email asking where this product was, please just cancel. Automated response said they would respond within 7 days. No response. Just received notification that it’s ready to be picked up, July 16th - 3 weeks later!!! Still no response to my email. Same thing happened to my fiancé. Will never shop here again.

Lied consistently about the delivery status of my order. The store manager flat-out LIED to my face about how he was following up. They do not answer their customer service line either. It has been a month of stalling and LYING to me now. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this dishonest company. Logistically incompetent liars. Of course, they had no probably charging my credit card on time. Unbelievably incompetent.
