I ordered 5 Rooster tails on July 12th. confirmation showed delivery by July 16th. Received 2 Rooster tails on July 19th. I emailed Sportsman's Whse, Customer Svs. on the 20th as part of my order showed it had been cancelled due to "out of stock". Total order was $27.97, card was charged $15.69. I paid $12.28 for the 2 items I received. These same Rooster tails sell for $1.97 each at Walmart. Sportsman's Whse price is $3.79 ea. Very upset with the entire situation. July 8, 2021 The customer service is horrible. On June 10, 2021 I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up at the store in Williston ND on June 12, 2021 the product was of subpar quality and canceled the order on the spot. I also emailed and canceled the order online as a follow up. I was told I would receive a 100% refund within 5-7 days by the store manager and received an email promising a refund within 7-10 days on June 13. 2021. Terrible service, very judgmental and racist. They give no explanations and are very rude.
SW was having a balloon event in Erie PA. The ad indicated You would be provided a balloon at the door. With discounts up to 100 percent. When you get in, the balloons were not provided until you take your items to a register in which then you could select a balloon containing some type of discount. Sportsman’s warehouse is a terrible place to do business. I had a package that shipped out on 04-08-2021 and still have not received my package. I have spoke to them on 3 different days and was told an investigation was being started into my lost package but no investigation yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold for over 30 minutes and then they just hung the phone up. I have had an order in since July of last year. right before the ammo pandemic. basically before the huge price hike, and I have been waiting patiently since then. first, it was 30 days out, then it was 60 days out. then 4 months. now 12 months. Would be negative but my brother and I went to look are some firearms. The store was not even busy and there were 2 employees working the gun counter. One was with a customer while the other was doing nothing. We obviously were interested in looking and maybe purchasing a firearm but were never asked if we needed any help or wanted to look at anything. Buyer beware, I have ordered items from the store in the last couple of months I received two used items and to incorrect items their customer service is for the birds!
I stood in line for 20 minutes just to ask a simple question about shipment of ammo just for the guy behind the gun counter to respond with a smug response of "you see that , when its restocked is when we have f*****g ammo." I'd understand if there was more people behind me. I was the last in line , as I was on my way up front I seen the guy that just gave me the smug response clocking out.
