I have used Sports Therpay Solutions MK for over a year now and Emily is my go-to sports therapist. She's professional, always eases my aches and pains and provides additional advice on how to avoid/reduce future injuries. They are a very busy business and if I need to contact them for any reason I usually text and receive a response within 24hrs. Although their new online booking system is much easier to use for changi appointments or booking future ones. Highly recommend to anyone looking for sports therapists.

Impossible to contact by text or email and they are never available to answer their phone voice messages ignored. I was given a Groupon voucher as a Christmas gift. Yesterday we drove over to the address everything dark and delapidated very obviously not a thriving business. We were told by care business next door that Emily turns up occasionally when she has an appointment. We will be contacting Groupon to sort out my gift voucher before it expires. Do not waste your time or money on this venue

Bought a Groupon voucher for a sports massage as a gift for my boyfriend and completely unable to redeem as the business was non responsive to emails. Contacted multiple times using the contact form on the website as requested on the Groupon voucher instructions and got no response. Terrible way to run a business.
