I was recommended James through a friend having been struggling to find someone who gave a massage. I will definitely be returning. James was very knowledgeable and has really helped ease the tension and pain in my upper body
James has been a fantastic help and I would highly recommend him. I have Ehlers Danlos syndrome and have been suffering for some time with injuries that wouldn’t heal fully and felt that nothing was working. James is great at taking the time to explain things to me, he takes the time to work out movement strengthening exercises I can do that also take into account the complication of other existing injuries (& new ones!) as-well as other conditions I have.
