It's been a real journey since I started going to see Tom. 40+ hours a week at a desk takes its toll but I always walk out feeling great, and with real insight to what's actually going on with my body. The stellar advice with focused sports massage have combined to give me a new quality of life. Highly recommend.
Although I've only had a few sessions with Tom so far, I can confidently say that I feel significantly better. My shoulder and arm mobility has improved, and the pain in my mid- and lower back has decreased. Currently, I see him every two weeks, and I plan to continue seeing him regularly. Tom answers all my questions and even offers free advice on languages, teaching, books, travel, and more. If you're looking for a physiotherapist/sport massage therapist, Tom is the one!
