Very disappointing experience. On Monday June 1st ( afternoon time), I asked a young African staff member near the boys section for directions to the fitting rooms. He responded rudely and without even looking at me. The fitting room area was poorly managed, with staff shouting at customers instead of assisting them professionally. If you purchase an item. Even if you return in straight away. You can only get a credit note. Once they have your money. No going back.

Incredible time wasters. You need to set aside at least four hours for shopping. The first hour for finding and buying what you want. The second hour for finding your way to the checkout. Then another two hours for standing in line.

I visited sports direct in luton mall and i regret visiting there i wanted to get safety shoes urgently and i have to try hard to find the staff and then when i found one member he just randomly told me where to find shoes and when i was unable to find bcz the signs was not clear and i asked another staff mentioned was not interested in help me and eventually i found one shoe i wanted a pair but the staff was there talking to each other and did not wanted to help me when i went to them they moved from my way and kept talking... read more
