Today while in this store I witnessed a young lady who works her be rude and aggressive towards an elderly woman. The elderly woman simply pointed out where something was and the young lady become very rude and aggressive towards her saying horrible comments to the lady and then as she walked past to go finish what she was doing she was still complaining about this elderly lady. Same experience as some of the last few negative reviews, no one around to help where needed, e.g. trainer sections, yet 3 staff members all chatting and on their phones near the stairs.
What is the point in having a phone number for customers to call if you simply are never going to answer it.
