Rude staff and no cash refund policy. I don't go there anymore unless i couldn't find what I'm looking for in the other stores. It's a shame because usually they have good collection in store.
Terrible delivery service.. lost 3 packages in one year..
I have been into this store multiple times. The shoes I got last time started falling apart after about an hour and when I went to return them. It took about 30 mins worth of arguing to be able to swap for another pair. Today however, I went to purchase some pool table triangles and I asked if I could bring them back if they weren't the correct size (would literally be 10 min) and told that I could only get a voucher or a trade....... What kind of multimillion pound company does not offer refunds for something?! Bloody pathe... read more
