The process of doing the molds was very easy and turn around was quick. We ordered the Essix plus and they seem to be the same quality as the $400 retainers from the orthodontist. A year later, they send us a notice that it has been a year with an offer to reorder at good discount (using the previous molds). My son had a crack in one of the retainers, so we reordered and process was easy. Only $85 for a new set of 2 essix plus retainers.

First time ordering was leary about getting them on line. Mouth mold was not nasty and was easy. The trays were a little thin but made for my teeth and the fit was perfect. Would recommend to others.

Easy process to get a set of retainers. I've reordered another set because they kept my imprint on file. Overall very satisfied with the whole service.
My daughter only needed the bottom retainer since the wires came out of the one she had from the orthodontist. Sporting Smiles even sent us an e-mail a year later with a deal to reorder so she has a spare. She is very happy with the retainer and likes how it fits and cleans up.
