SportingSmiles offered a great value and excellent, easy to use product. The reorder process was simple and I was able to order twice from the same impression. Much more convenient and cost-effective than paying $800 at the dentist.
I always order it because I tend to lose this thing a lot. It feels good, great price compared to the dentist place, and fast and friendly staff. I understand the time it take for delivery and made. Nevertheless, great company overall. There was a time when my old impression mold in their lab no longer work, and they sent me a new kit to make the impression mold for free. I love this company. :) Keeping up the good business and maintaining a same price for years.
I lost my retainers after having braces and needed a replacement ASAP. This was quick and convienent since I didn’t have to go into an office and pay extra fees. Fast forward 2 months into having my SportingSmiles retainer, I accidentally threw it away with my lunch and realized too late. I just emailed the company and they were able to ship me a new set for a small replacement fee. I love it and definitely recommend it to anyone needed a retainer.

I'm on my third reorder for retainers and have been very satisfied. So much more affordable and convenient than scheduling an appointment at the dentist. It's a bonus that they keep your impressions on file which makes reordering very quick and easy.
The rush order didn’t made it go faster. I shipped it on January 5 and I still haven’t got the package and they said still haven’t shipped it.

Great communication came super fast had no problems with the putty it was super easy to use. Fit my teeth perfect. Will order again from them if I have to.
