My dog chewed my retainers less then a month after I received them from my orthodontist, and they asked for 475 dollars to replace them!! Found sporting smiles and ordered my top and bottom retainer for 130 bucks. I got the putty and mold writhing 5 days and received my retainers today (took about two weeks) And I’m completely happy with them. I am the worst patient when it comes to doing work on my teeth because I have bad gag reflux. I unfortunately cannot go without my retainer because I do feel my teeth wanting to shift back to their pre-orthodontic position. After my retainer snapped I was hesitant to do molds again but I was extremely satisfied with Sporting Smiles. We did the first impression and sent them a picture. They said we needed to redo the impression as it wasn't deep enough (our fault). They sent more putty and resent new pics. They said the impression looked good. These people are so very helpful and supportive. We sent off the impression and within two weeks had the retainers back. They were for my granddaughter. Ordered the 2 pair and my order 1. I only received one pair 2. Top was absolutely too small 3. Emailed sporting smiles verifying my order and have not been contacted back.
