I have been wearing a bruxing appliance for many years. I do not grind but I clench and I currently have 8 crowns and a bridge in my lower mouth which need protection. Fitting tray didn't fit properly and my tray cracked within a week and a half. All refunds require a return and a charge of $15 dollars even it's the company's fault of a malfunction of their product. This is not equivalent to an invisalign retainer if you're looking for a replacement.
They are a very user-friendly business . It was very easy to make my mold at home. I received the kit wuickly with good instructions and my night guard was sent to me within a few weeks. It fit excellently and feels great. I ordered my 2nd one today as back up!!
it was easy enough to get retainers my kids keep losing theirs and I can not afford $475 when 3 kids are losing them. They keep your impressions for a year thank goodness because my kid lost the first set and we just reorder again and they will keep this on file for another year. we were able to order second set no hassles with a discount. they explain how you need to make your impressions so there is no mistakes, should there be you can order a second kit with the first one for a discount. would recommend them
Sporting smiles got me a new retainer for an awesome discount, compared to the dentists office. When that retainer cracked out of warranty, they provided email and call center support to suggest a hard night guard to supplement. The call center is patient and knowledgeable with my questions. I’m so glad they’ll keep my impression for a year. My grinding makes retainer care a hassle but sporting smiles helped me get what I need. I will definitely use them for years to come.
