I ordered an Essex plus retainer to replace my worn out orthodontic retainer. Ordered on a Friday, received the impression kit that following Monday. Impression kit was really easy to do... just follow the instructions and bite down hard. Had some trouble removing the tray after it set, but sent it off and 15 calendar days from the date of ordering I had my new retainer. Been ordering my night mouth guard with Sporting Smiles since 2012. Professional and friendly support, I've never had any stress with ordering from them even with me ordering from Australia. The mouth guards are comfortable and have provided great protection and support. I will 100% be continuing with their services.
At age 48, I made the decision to have my teeth straightened. After removing my braces, the orthodontist made a set of retainers for wearing at bedtime. These plastic & wire retainers worked fine for a couple of years until I noticed the metal wire was causing discomfort and left sore areas in my mouth. I have purchased and reordered night guards from Sporting Smiles and love their product! They are a great company to work with. I like their night guards better than any others. Mold process is easy and fast. Easy to reorder and get quality product! I highly recommend Sporting Smiles for dental needs.
Great product and easy process of making the molds. When my molds weren’t made correctly the first time, they resent the putty (at no charge) for me to try again. They keep molds for one year so you can reorder without having to make another mold.
