I lost my orthodontic retainers when my luggage was lost by an airline. Looking to replace them, I contacted my dentist who quoted me $350 (!!) for a new pair. My daughter needed a new retainer and her orthodontist is no longer in practice. She's worn her retainer 24/7 for 18 months, so she was worried it wouldn't be as good as the original one her orthodontist made or wouldn't fit right. My husband ordered a replacement retainer for me through his PayPal and paid for expedited shipping and lab processing. I admit I was upset at first when I realized expedited lab time was still 10 business days. When the retainer arrived in a case that was clear instead if my chosen color I thought bad omen. Truth is I am so impressed with the fit and quality of this retainer and it was worth the wait.
