They are a good company to work with. I ordered the Essex plus and it was a very affordable retainer. I ordered the first one then they gave me a discount on the next ones. I ordered 2 more so I have backups.
Horrible customer service. Repeatedly sent kits that were ill-sufficient and non-quality, as falsely advertised. Will draft and file a formal complaint. As a future law student, this service is completely questionable. Also, potentially conducting improper business practices. I've been using Sporting Smiles for about 4 years now, about a month after I got my first set of retainers from my orthodontist when I got my braces off. Within about 3 weeks, I accidentally put my retainers into the dryer and completely destroyed it. I went back to the orthodontist and she said it was going to be $800 to get another set!
