I ordered my retainers and received my kit in a week. I follow the directions in the box and online then sent the kit back the next day. Then I had to wait 3 weeks for them to call and tell me they couldn't use my tray I sent and I would have to pay extra money for a new one and wait longer for a retainer. Also poor customer service.
Less than a year later, the retainers are cracked with normal use. The company pushes back hard with its "guarantee." You are much better off paying for a quality product from your dentist!
I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FAIR AND ACCOMMODATING WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. GIVE IT A SHOT. FAR LESS EXPENSIVE THEN GETTING REPLACEMENT RETAINERS FROM THE ORTHODONTISTS WHOM YOU HAVE ALREADY SPENT $1,000'S OF DOLLARS TOO!!!
At first I was anxious ordering a retainer from an online company, but I'm so glad I chose to work with Sporting Smiles. My replacement retainer fits perfectly and was a fraction of the cost of one from my orthodontist. Their customer service was great and I was able to contact them for updates and answers to my questions throughout the process on Facebook, through email, and by phone. I hate going to the dentist because of my sensitive gag reflex. I just dread it. I decided to try this and it worked. I never gagged and the retainer is better than anything I got from the ortho! It's still in great shape. I'll order a bottom one when my bottom retainer goes!
The whitening kit was purchased as a gift for me by my mother. The initial order came in missing half, was promised delivery of the complete order in 2 days which didn't happen. Got the molds made and sent back. I filled in the card with a reminder that they had promised a rush on the turn around and the trays were sent to my sister's house. So at no point in my dealings has this company done anything correctly.
It has been four weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't received the retainers. Can't review product, only companies poor customer service. If and when I receive the retainers I will let you know about actual product. This order was placed on the January 19th.
I have had 3 different appliances and absolutely loved them. Just getting ready to order another one. Would recommend them to anyone. Fast, courteous, excellent work, highly recommend.
