Came in to look at a few cars the other day and Mike Losardo helped me out. He was great and really went out of his way to help out, and even made me a coffee while I was waiting.
I must begin by saying that this dealership is a breath of fresh air! They are by far one of the best my husband and I have ever dealt with. We were down in Florida visiting our daughter, who had just given birth to our very first grand baby! What a happy occasion! Also...time for a bigger, newer vehicle to tote the precious cargo! Stopped by the new location today for some routine service....color me impressed! From my experience over the years, the level and quality of service provided at Sport Mazda has always been exceptional; no issue there. However, the new facilities now complement the experience. Kudos.

UPDATE: Dan Parker G.S.M. took control of my situation and resolved all issues in a timely manner. He was courteous, and a man of his word, something for which many in his profession are not noted. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Sport Mazda.
My husband had a 9 am appointment. Arrived to find an empty sales office. 9:05 we called the salesman who told us he was in a sales meeting. 9:10 we left. Are sales meetings more important than actual customers?
