They don't even deserve the 1 star but there wasn't a lower option. Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life, and there have been many. I was promised so many things that were absolutely untrue just to get the deal. Then was told after the fact that things promised were against their policy and didn't know why I was told these things. Will NEVER deal with this dealership ever again! I initially went to get my car appraised and was not expecting to walk out with a new car. A couple hours later I drove off the lot with a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand touring edition. The entire experience was great, Brandon was knowledgeable, Andy very friendly and personable, and Cody also got me on a better insurance plan which is going to put me in a good position for the future.
