It's a great idea for a cheap price, however the space is so unfriendly. I've tried to enter and lock up my bike as a young woman and it's often full of guys acting like they own the place with their bikes piled in the corner. I've had to stop using it because of how uncomfortable I feel and I always worry about the people sat there for a long time messing with my bike.
Was great at first, now it has been over run by food delivery bike riders. They act like they own the place and one of them even pushed me today. Can’t use the shop safely no more which is a shame. Would recommend avoiding using it if you can :(
Brilliant service that costs next to nothing so it feels a little petty to complain, but I feel like some things are worth pointing out. Loos have been out of action for quite some time and there always seems to be an amount of clutter. This is in no small part because they seem to allow for ebike charging as part of the price but people often take that to mean they can just leave batteries and chargers all over the place. Still a service that I gladly use on a regular basis but can't honestly give a 5 star review for
Brilliant facility. Clean, well provisioned with lockers and a tool/repair station. Nice to see it in use, and excellent value for money. Kinda wish I had cause to use it more frequently.
