Amazing location, outstanding service Teddy (bartender) especially great
My experience at Spoke and Steel was over the Gen Con 2025 weekend. There was always a place for me to have a seat and enjoy the atmosphere, have a nice drink, and eat some delicious food. The poblano avocado grilled cheese sandwich was particularly great! More than the atmosphere or food though, the service and human empathy given by the staff was phenomenal and commendable. Teddy is an amazing bartender and the food is excellent. Highly recommend.
Too much reverb and echo.
We visited Spoke and Steele for a whiskey-tasting party. The distiller rented the space but the food, drink, and service was provided by S&S. I can’t speak more highly of the service! They (and the drinks) were quick and friendly. I wish I had thought to bring cash. Maybe they can have a digital tipping system for next time? Food was bar food but nothing special.
