Feels impossible to contact the company to cancel. They never answer. They’ll turn up when I’m out, clean the windows and message requesting the money for it. I’ve been trying to contact them for months asking them to stop coming to this address. They don’t even do a good job at cleaning the windows.
Took payment, same day I received a text asking for another payment I’ve tried contacting multiple times and had no response. Never been back to clean the windows either stay away!!
I’m really not happy with the service from Splash Window Cleaning. We’ve tried contacting them multiple times by text and phone, but they never answer the phone and have completely ignored our texts. We could see they received our iMessages because they stated 'Read' (This was back in the later end of 2024). We even spoke directly to the window cleaner back in November to change our service from monthly to every two months. Paid for a years worth of bin cleans, had 2 bin cleans and then never turned up for any other months. Completely ignore all my emails. Not good service at all. Wouldn’t recommend. And seeing other reviews it seems as this is a running issue. Terrible company.
Saw these guys on the street and asked for a one off clean, which was done and which I was happy with. Had the guy come today to charge for three cleans over the past several months. I am not convinced the cleans I paid for today actually happened. I did not receive any card or request for payment on any of the three occasions. I work from home and literally sit next to one of the front windows all day every day. To have missed one clean is plausible. To have missed three is impossible.
