I love this vets when Ian was there , but I’ve had two upsets alately , one was they nicked my dog when spayed which caused internal bleeding . My dog nearly died . But they did operate to put her right , which I thought yeh accidents happen . But the one upset me the most was when we was transferred our cat from here to greens vets for night care , when the receptionist couldn’t wait for us to pay our bill before we transferred our critical ill cat to greens . Spire vets treated our Buzz when he started fitting and having seizures, unfortunately he passed away but the staff were fantastic, kind, considerate and very professional. And thank you for the card of condolence much appreciated.
