I would stick with your Local Council Building Control Services if I were you. This bunch are only out to make money. Zero customer service. Avoid!
3 years ago - we used Spire BC for our beautiful Garden room - they were knowledgeable and friendly and helped us through the whole process - our garden room is brilliant - as part of the planning, we also got planning for a loft extension too and after trying to contact them today, their service could not be any different - the woman on reception was just so rude, indifferent, obstructive and just very miserable and arrogant - I was told someone would ring me back - but they didn't and when I followed up - she told me that ... read more
Can't fault them, Ian Hunter is very helpful and works with you so there are no hold ups waiting for visits. Wouldn't use anybody else.

Graham was absolutely brilliant to deal with and he spoke directly to builders occasionally when they were on site. Very helpful all the way through a sometimes not so straight forward project. We highly recommend and would definitely use them again if need arises. Thank you
