I was initially excited to have abdominal tightening after child birth but was pressured to put down the non refundable deposit of £300 for a batch of 10 sessions. The said to wait 6 months to start to see results, another £1400 and 8 months on theres absolutely no difference. Tried to explain to the company they kept saying someone would get intouch then they blocked me, how suspicious. Shame on them they should be called conspire aesthetics. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is hands down the worst clinic experience I’ve ever had. I paid £279 for a treatment that did absolutely nothing. No results. No care. No accountability. I was told to wait 8 weeks for results or a refund -which I did. I followed up countless times. The clinic stopped replying. When they did respond, they dumped the responsibility on Dorian, the so-called clinician. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond disappointing. I paid for a treatment that delivered no results, and when I reached out to the clinic for support, I was met with delay tactics, empty promises, and complete lack of accountability.
