Such warm and friendly efficient staff from receptionists to vet. They clearly had a love for animals and treated my puppies superbly.
Cody my little rescue dog has been with the practice since I got him . Today his second visit for an abcess was always going to be difficult! However lovely vet Ian was brilliant ! So thorough general check up as well as dealing with the abcess he was so kind explained everything and made a plan for Cody’s future . So he couldn’t have done anything better ! Huge thanks . My puppy needed some care with his eyes. He unfortunately urinated in the reception area, due to other scents. The reception staff cleaned it up without any fuss. I was very embarrassed but they made us feel nothing but welcome. Lizzie the vet was so patient with my puppy during the check up. A wonderful visit.
