I had a great experience at SpineWorks Chiropractic with Anil. The clinic feels welcoming as soon as you walk in, and the team is friendly and professional. Anil took the time to understand my problem and explained everything clearly. After a few sessions, I felt a big improvement in my lower back, with much less pain and better movement. I highly recommend Anil if you’re looking for effective and caring chiropractic treatment.

Go to a proper chiropractor. At this place they are like salesmen. They try to oversell you treatment and don’t give you the time. Appointments cost £65 for about 10 minutes. It’s also very open and public. So if you want to ask private questions you can’t. I spent about £2500 and made very little progress. They try to make out as though they’ll fix your problems but from what I’ve learnt is that stretching, yoga, exercise and for me in particular fixing my gait has had the best impact.
