DO NOT GO HERE.. They do not care about their patients or their pain.. They use "guidelines" as an excuse to let you suffer.. I have NEVER seen such neglect by medical professionals.. an 83 year old woman who's just has surgery (that almost killed in the first place) you say basically cannot have anymore pain medicine.. Only gave her 3 1/2 days worth of medicine.. Now it's been a week & she's suppose to do what? Go to the ER? Nothing short of inhuman practices.. It is a great . They are busy so wait is expected.
Totally impossible to get even a return call. I am an established patient with spinal stenosis, bone spurs and lumbar disk problems. Was in excruciating pain and need a referral to get an epidural injection. A week and a half later, I still have not received the referral, even after speaking to several people in the practice who promised me a call back. They are totally unsympathetic and couldn't care less about your pain. I am in the process of being referred to another practice.
It took me 3 months to get an appointment when I was in horrible pain. The office staff seems nice enough but the waiting is ridiculous. Since having surgery & a revision surgery in May,I am not sure this was the best for me. I felt bullied by my surgeon & I am not sure he ever listened to me. Let's just say,bedside manner is a foreign concept.
