RecommendedI being going here since 2013, Dr.Puno orthopedic & Harping neurologist are excellent. sometime the wait is long but it's well worth it he also treats VA patients. July 2018 I had my C3 through C7 replaced surgery went well I've had 3 post-op surgery follow appts, my neck looks & feels great no pain. the staff has always treated me nicely and I have noticed there are few new receptionist.
Dr’s Shields and Glassman are the bomb, helped me get all the feeling back to my left Shoulder, arm and hand, after years of epidural shots and motrine.
Have been a patient here for several years and very pleased.
Rude schedulers, First they deny that I had an appointment, so I reschedule, and ask for a MD in the Dutchmans Lane office, because it’s easier for me to get there rather then downtown. Checked my chart and see the MD that they switch me to is still at E.Gray St, and they have a policy that you can only switch MDs once, so I call and try to explain what the problem is, the bitch who answered the phone wouldn’t listen to me, kept saying that I already used my one switch even though it was their fault.. Been sitting in the room for an hr waiting to see the Dr and STILL WAITING
I wish I could write a good review but the staff is slow to respond. After my surgery I couldn’t get any response even though it turned out that I needed another surgery immediately. What doctor doesn’t take a call from a post surgical patient?
Two Surgeries by DR. Harpering and i Haven't felt this GOOD since 2000! Thanx Dr. Harpering YOU and YOUR STAFF is the BEST. And My hats off to Nortons Hospital They are GREAT!
They monitor people very well here; if you need orthopedic medical attention.
