They are very professional. We’ve never had to wait to be seen. Dr. Crawford is an exceptional doctor and we feel very blessed to have had him! When you have a spine injury you want the best. We feel that’s exactly what we got here!
I have had 2 lumbar fusions and my daughter has had one also and we drive over 300 miles one way to see Dr Glassman and I would not go anywhere else.the staff at his office and Norton hospital have been nothing but the best.
The staff and doctor Harpring was real nice to me I want thank the nurses and aides that helped I was in room 4g09 they were nice to me and did everything I asked them to and the didn't get smart with all they said was the doctor has to approve something. Damn good doctors nurses n aides
Worst staff ever! No compassion for 83 year old person 1 week post surgery! After post op visit, we will NEVER go here again. Pain meds lasted 3 1/2 days and can only get low dose now which does not help! I realize there are guidelines but there should be exceptions for elderly people in severe pain!! Medical assistants/office staff do not care one bit! Very disappointed!! Zero stars
