1 star absolutely pathetic, the way we've been given the runaround here today. I had always been a fan of Norton's, but this visit has been completely opposite their usual care. no respect for their patients whatsoever here at the Norton Leatherman Spine Center!
Dr Puno is an absolutely wonderful and skilled surgeon. He takes the time to explain and go through all images and reports with you. I wish I had him for my fiat laminectomy with fusion!
Incompetent staff. My husband had a spinal fusion. Came home when pain meds was gone I called for a refill. It took 10 days before he got any meds. And he only got them because I made at least 50 calls. How do you call in pain meds to a mail order? Then couldn’t get them to call n cancel the order n send it to pharmacy. I called and canceled it cus not only did it go to mail order it was invalid. Someone left off the DEA number. Mail order was waiting on them to fix it. maybe buy a straight edge? I just saw the scar of a woman they worked on and it looks like she was cut open with a leatherman.
My experience with them was wonderful. The staff was very pleasant. Dr. Gumm was very kind and considerate and took his time to explain everything to me. He never made me feel he was rushing me. I am extremely happy to have been cared for by such good people.
5 Stars from me! Dr Djursivic was awesome. He took time to listen to my issues and seemed very concerned about my pain. Personable and great at explaining what the next step is.
