Dr. Crawford is amazing. The staff here are so friendly and helpful
I went to Norton after a botched surgery in Evansville. Dr. Dimar and Dr. Roque are awesome. They were able to fix the problem. They truly care about their patients. Dr. Dimar remembers you no matter how long between visits.
They are the best.Make you feel very comfortable.

Very poor customer service! I have requested my records since May 27th and still have yet to get them over to the doctor's office who is in need of them. I've faxed the request form they asked of me twice, I've left several messages with the medical records department and with the front desk, and I've had my doctor's office send the paperwork requesting that they need my xrays....still nothing. It should not take this long to get your records sent! A simple phone call back would be great in my eyes!
Almost become laughable in my frustration - worse customer service and seemingly most inefficient run office. I have been trying to get a response from scheduler for an injection or surgery for over 3 weeks and have not been able to speak with or get a call back from anyone. Can anyone please help?!
So far so good !! Took out two Disc put in Donner Bone with plate and 6 screws!!!
