I am not in continuous pain like before and the swelling has gone down.
I'm an 88 year old female and have had experience with several rehabs and I feel that the sessions I have had here have done me more good, and made me stronger than any sessions I have had elsewhere. I have had unhurried attention from all the attendents who seem kind and caring.
I like this place very much. I have improved 100%. I found in the Yellow Pages and it was worth every hour. Best part is in my sessions you can kid with all the guys. It was fun!
I hurt my left hamstring back in August 2012, and since I am in ballet I could not stop and rest my leg until February 2013. I was still in a lot of pain so I went to the doctor. After two x-rays, an MRI, and a bone scan they could not diagnose what was wrong with my hamstring. Finally, my doctor sent me to physical therapy.
