I have RA - my life has slowed down tremendously. I fell off my bicycle in Oct. 2014, thinking I could get on after years. Well no sooner I fell and hurt my knee requiring surgery - good grief! Surgery went well - better than expected - I was up and walking the same day after surgery with no pain, just stiffness and being sore. During my time of Physical Therapy, the therapist Ashley and her other staff have done an excellent job. I have had other therapy for this neck injury. However, this has brought the most relief for my pain and injury - All the experience and the methods have been most helpful. I would return as needed as well as recommend them. Thank you.
I came to Spine & Rehab after surgery. I had a lot of pain bending and squatting and after several weeks of Rehab with Joe, Steven, and Ashley, I have made a complete turn around with almost 0 pain and full motion. I am now back to to work full duty. I really want to thank Steve, Chris, Ashley, and the Rehab Team for all their help. This is a great place to get well. Thank you again!
I was sent to Spine & Rehab Specialists after a total knee replacement. The staff was always friendly and courteous during my time there. They took my fibromyalgia/chronic pain issues into account when planning and doing my therapy. They showed me what I could work on at home and always were positive and encouraging. Dear future patients, I really encourage you to continue your therapy and follow the directions of your therapist. When I came to Spine & Rehab, I could not move my left arm and trying to move it was horribly painful. Through the wonderful help and care of these professionals, today I have full movement of my arm and no pain at all. I injured the ligament in my right ankle and I had to be on crutches. I couldn't bear any weight on my right foot, had severe pain, and was not able to drive. After hearing the doctor tell me the news about tearing my ACL in my right knee, it wasn't the surgery I was worried about, but the recovery.
