When I first had a back spasms I believed the only solution was medication from the Doctor. I was referred to physical therapy at Spine and Rehab Specialists. I came in with upper back pain, spasms, and blinding pain around to my chest. I have been stretched to beyond my original limits. The pain is much improved, spasms gone. I leave with my back back in order. My thanks to Daniel and the Team.
I have enjoyed therapy here for the last 5 weeks. It has helped me to move as I used to and above all, to sleep throughout the night without pain. I have had no pain for the last three weeks. Thanks to the great and pleasant staff here at Spine + Rehab Specilaists.
When I first walked in (more like hobbled) I could tell this was the place for me. Everyone has been very pleasant & extremely professional. The staff knows what they are doing as well as how to get yourself feeling better. Just after a few sessions I was able to walk without a cane and now I can walk without limping. Before my therepy, I was in constant pain, inable to much. Now I feel as though I am able to live a much better life, one without pills and pain. My name is Ally, and I came to Spine and Rehab Specialists initially for my sprained ankle; And while we were working on that, I discovered that my knee cap was out of place. So while still working on helping my ankle get better, they also added exercises to start helping my knee that had been bothering me for a few years. I came in with no hope of getting better. Daniel changed that and worked with me. He encouraged me and was very patient. He explained to me what was going on. For the past 20 yrs, back therapy has changed alot. New things are being done which encouraged me. I know I can walk and do different types of exercises now. Thank you guys.
I am now pain free!!! It was recommended by my doctor to begin back therapy for lower back pain I had been suffering from for six months. As soon as I arrived at Spine & Rehab I was motivated by the staff to find a long-term and permanent solution to my back pain. From the moment I first entered the Spine & Rehab Office to my last day of therapy, I have been made to feel welcome and cared for. Each staff member encountered has been personable, knowledgable, and exhibited sincerity in helping me learn the exercises needed to overcome my injury. This is not to say they were lax and mollycoddling of me in any way; quite the opposite.
