When I first came to Spine & Rehab Specialists, I had lower back and hip pain. After starting physical therapy, my pain decreased drastically with exercise and stretching. Although my pain decreased, it did not completely go away. They continued to work with me to try to find a solution for my pain. My experience at Spine and Rehab Specialists helped me recover from my back surgery. I went through physical therapy for eight weeks. In the process of therapy, I had several exercises to do three times out of the week. Before and after my exercises I had a heating pad along with neuromuscular electrical stimulation. My therapy has been successful in that my pain has been reduced. I can walk further and longer. Overall, I am stronger than I was when I entered therapy 2 1/2 months ago.

First I just want to say thank you all for being so patient with me and taking the time to show me all the exercises and explain the benefits for each one. Thank you for your enthusiasm and for always having a positive attitude. Since coming to therapy, I am able to walk better especially with no pain. My overall pain has improved very much. Thank you for taking care of me all these weeks; I really appreciate everybody from the front desk to the therapist.

When I first came to Spine & Rehab Specialists, I was in pain in my foot and neck for years without much relief from therapy at other places. I came two times a week for about 10 weeks. My therapist was Steven, and with his help and guidance, my strength and mobility steadily improved and now I am almost completely pain free. Today I graduated - Hurray! My physical therapist, Dr. J.T. Killings, expertly treated my injury so that I became more mobile and, as a consequence, more active. However, something else happened. Through Dr. Killings' treatment, I received an unexpected benefit: my pain no longer controls me. I came in after being in a car accident and had back and neck pain. Since the first time I came in, I was always greeted warmly by the friendly staff. The therapist was very good at finding where the pain was coming from and giving me exercises to help completely relieve the pain.
