When I first came to therapy on April 8, I was in pain, but over the last few months, I have come around a lot. The pain is gone and I can stand longer than 10 mins and walk longer too.

I felt comfortable. I liked working out here. Kara was kind and knowledgeable. Everybody was resoectable. If I ever need therapy again, I will choose to come here.

I want you to know what a rewarding experience this time has been for me. Although I still have some pain, it is much improved and the pain has clearly declined. One of the main things I liked about this group was the way they started. They listened to my symptoms. Together we slowly discovered what exercises helped the most and then we started on stretches and exercises that actually were tailored to my needs. This has been a good experience. I have been having huge back pain for about 7 years, on and off. Being a tough guy who is not bothered by stuff like that, I let it go for a long time. My wife convinced me to get it looked at. Through detailed explanation and multiple exercises, the staff at Spine & Rehab has set me on the path to being pain free. I do the strethcing and exercises at homes to continue my recovery. I don't think I would be doing them if I wasn't taught the reason and functionality of them. Thank you Spine & Rehab.

I had to come to therapy because I was experiencing knee pain. I was not able to do many or my daily activities such as walking long distances or going up some stairs. As I began therapy, I started gaining more and more power on my legs, and that helped my knee a lot. By my last week in therapy, I was already able to go back to perform my daily activities such as doing the "Insanity"! The staff members here helped a whole bunch and I will be forever thankful.

The staff at Spine & Rehab were very understanding to my needs. They pushed me when I needed it and gave me a break at other times. They have helped me to become more stable and feel better in my health. I am in a better place because of all of them.

I came here with severe back pain that I have dealt with for over 2 years. As soon as we started therapy I noticed an immediate decrease of pain. I continued doing this for 2 - 3 months getting better and better, and now I am 100% better! I would tell anyone to come here!

I was experiencing severe neck pain when turning my head to the right. The pain was so severe I could not perform normal functions requiring the use of my neck and right shoulder. After going through a battery of exercises, massages, and heat treatment, I am now able to turn my head to the right and look over my shoulder without turning my body. I had an excellent experience at Spine & Rehab Specialists located at 1779 Zaragoza Rd. Suite A, El Paso, TX 79936. From the moment I walked in, the girls in the front office made me feel welcome and called me by name and recognized me. The facility is very clean and all personnel is friendly and very professional. JT Killings, the specialist, was so very helpful on doing the rehab on my arm.
