Staff are amazing, treatments have been great,
I booked an appointment to see their new sports massage therapist, Danielle. I cannot thank her enough for the treatment and additional homework she set me. After only a couple of sessions, the pain has all but gone and I'm managing to exercise properly again. I'm not used to needing this type of treatment but Danielle was simply exceptional. As are the whole team there. Thank you.
I recently needed to recieve treatment for an ongoing back issue I spoke to the Family Hub described my signs and symptoms to them. ITwas decided that Simon would be the therapist best suited to my needs. After assessing me he proceeded to treat my back and lo and behold a little tenderness the next day I can honestly say that there was a huge improvement in my range of mobility BUT most importantly a dramatic reduction in the pain levels I was experiencing.
