I am appalled at the recent treatment I recieved after visiting your emergency department yesterday, July 4th. I had injured my shoulder after flipping my inner tube on a rocky river and landing on it. The pain was progressively getting worse until I finally knew I needed treatment and visited the hospital. We were not even given a proper room, just forced to set in a hallway recliner.
