Everyone I know who has had a Covid test and NOT gone to a Norton facility has gotten their results within a couple days. Now Norton has a recorded message saying there are additional delays? Really? Explain to me how basically every other facility in Indiana can get tests back in one to two days. Perhaps your doctors should not tell people your facility is averaging 2-3 days for results. Some of us are being quarantined away from our families while we wait for our results.

My sister was in ICU and was left in chair, not cleaned for days, nurses did not communicate with family. Then my sister was not able to have visitors but no communication with family- one day visits and next day no visits!!! Go across the street to U of L hospital. Do not put a loved one here! I have never had to beg for sister to get basic care.

RecommendedWe visited the pediatric ER yesterday to have my 12 year old son checked out for abdominal pain. The staff was excellent. They made my son feel comfortable and explained everything to him (and me) throughly. I appreciate their care and attention to detail.
