RecommendedEvery staff member i encountered during my stay, from Surgeon to Janitor were very professional and courteous. Treated me like a person and not a job function. My nurses super sweet and helpful. My doctor answered all of my questions thoroughly and showed confidence that my surgery would go as expected. RecommendedI had to have a laser lead extraction done this past Friday. The nurses and staff were all good to me, only have a few minor complaints but over all they got me fixed and back home to continue life. Anyone that finds themselves going to this hospital you are in great hands. Dr. Rob Schwartz got me squared away, he is an excellent surgeon.

RecommendedI just want to give a big thank you to the 4th floor nurses ,doctors and hospice care for taking really good care of my mother Ebby Horn while she was there she didn't make it but they keep her comfortable and went out of their way to make us comfortable during this time its very hard you can't be with family like you would like too but they made it the best they could thank you very much you were a blessing

RecommendedYou guys...if you learn nothing this year, learn this: Cody Aubrey, ER Nurse here at Norton Women’s is the MF’n man!!!! He started my IV and got 5 vials of blood on the first stick!!! The. First. Stick. Y’all. Can we talk about the 27 times they attempted at Baptist Brownsboro?! Or the fact they had to call in not one but two specialists to use ultrasound machines and still did 7 more sticks before getting a viable stick?!?! Or the fact that my arms are still so bruised up the options were limited?!?! My mind is so blown I s... read more
Everything was very nice but one of my husbands nurses. She was very unfriendly but we figured maybe she was overwhelmed. But when she started talking about us to other employees (I overheard her). Then we figured out she was just plain mean. Sad it takes just one person to ruin your visit and your view of the hospital.

RecommendedTo me they are the BEST hospital ever . the care and competence and cheerful friendly expertise is above and beyond all the time . right now during this pandemic when I expected they may falter a little just from stress or exhaustion and all they actually go above and beyond their normal outstanding care and work . They are true HEROES for sure and very BRAVE , but their character and bedside manners are so awesome too .
