my wife was there from July 19 till August 2 and 2 of the nursing staff where very rude and when they came in to do things would make her cry she was in there because she was dying from cancer and waiting to be moved to hospice unit and still having trouble getting paper work from you incompetent people and been a month

RecommendedI want to shout out Katie M. from the sleep center. She is amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly. I was nervous and she made me feel better almost immediately with her friendly conversation and gentle manner. She went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and she even brought me a coffee this morning when she woke me up because she knew how hard it was for me to go all day without it yesterday.
