The Back Rack really works and feels so good. It helps relieve tension and stress all along the spine through myofascial release and reflexology pressure points. I highly recommend it. This review is for both the Company (Spine BackRack) and the BackRack device. I'll be honest I can't recommend either of them enough! James the operator on the chat website & WhatsApp was super helpful, the ordering process was easy and it was posted by next day delivery. He even followed up to make sure I was getting on with the device and if I needed anything. As for the product itself...
