I purchased 5 items from Spencer’s for my new house. A Maytag washer, dryer, 2 queen mattresses, and a Whirlpool refrigerator. I received a defective Whirlpool refrigerator that never worked. When I requested a replacement. Spencer’s opted to send a repairman to diagnose and see if it was a simple repair issue.
