We purchased an LG kitchen suite from Spencer's June 2022. Biggest mistake we ever made in a big ticket item purchase. It started out badly with the delivery. A gas stove was delivered and was connected with a leak. Spencer's could not send anyone out that evening to disconnect the unit. Dangerous situation - we were able to use the services of a plumber and disconnected it ourselves. That never should have happened. Our refrigerator was delivered with scratches on the front.
