I recently enquired about a newly listed property through Spencer Estate Agents. I called just a few hours after it was added to the market. Julie took all my details and my preferred viewing time, explaining she would contact the vendor to confirm and update me. Shortly after, I received an email saying the vendor had requested viewings be suspended and that I would be informed when they resumed.
