As always the Consultant I saw was excellent and the rest of the team were also very good and I was happy with the outcome

When calling regarding an appointment you get passed from pillar to post whoever answers the phone is unhelpful and mis advised several times.And today an extremely unprofessional nurse called Sally who was supposed to Do my husbands pre assessment but wanted her lunch as she had run over with a previous patient although we had been in the clinic at least 20 minutes prior and she had just been chatting..... a lovely Nurse called Charlotte did it and she was extremely helpful and kind but we felt extremely sorry that she had ... read more
