I worked with Annie at the Loughton branch to secure a tennancy renewal recently, Annie worked to understand our needs and found a proposition which was mutually beneficial to both the Landlord and us as Tennant's.
Spencer Munson has been an absolute pleasure to deal with to me and my partner. It was the easiest process and they were so accommodating. Everyone was so nice to us and Spencer him along with Niketa and Sarah were warming and helpful. Very happy with their service. Thanks again guys we love our new home.
ABSOLUTE SCAM agency!!! AVOID at all costs! Worst agency I’ve ever come across!!! Will take your handling deposit and seem to have no clue regarding share codes, extreme discrimination, they don’t even want to handle the process, they cancel and then send you a message that they are keeping hold of your money and if you want to complain you have to do it in writing. Very rude and obnoxious staff, I showed interest in a property and receptionist/agent coordinator was very patronising and smug, unsure if she was having a bad day, however by the looks of their reviews, i am not surprised. I would certainly not recommend this company, it's clear they do not know how to communicate professionally. Generally speaking I do not leave reviews but her tone and attitude called for one. Frankie who works here has absolutely no etiquette of dealing with prospects. 0 training. A good agent takes time to understand the situation of the potential client, rather than outright disqualifying the person. I infact was ready to pay the deposit without even viewing the property in discussion. Knowing I am eligible and having passed references, she still ended the call abruptly saying she has other people to attend to, very unfortunate..
